Welcome to Profine Packaging. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines, policies, or future updates. Profine Packaging reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

You may not copy, republish, or distribute any material from this site without written consent. The customer affirms that they have all legal rights and permissions to use any content provided to Profine Packaging. This includes compliance with copyright and trademark laws.

Profine Packaging is not liable for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or any content that infringes on the rights of others.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all content submitted to Profine Packaging, including its legality, originality, and copyright status.

You agree not to upload any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms.

By submitting your content, you grant Profine Packaging a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and storing design files.

DESIGN FILES

We deliver designs in 72 DPI (low resolution) unless you purchase high-resolution files (300 DPI).

If you require high-res files, please notify us and request pricing. We retain the right to use final designs for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ARTWORK

All artwork should be submitted in CMYK color mode at a minimum of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for color shifts from RGB to CMYK or low-resolution artwork resulting in poor print quality.

PROOFING & APPROVAL

We send proofs and job specs via email before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all aspects of the job, including layout, spelling, and production speed.

We will print the order exactly as shown in the approved final proof. Profine Packaging is not responsible for errors that were present and approved in the final proof.

COLOR ACCURACY

Proofs displayed on your screen are not guaranteed for exact color accuracy due to variations in monitor settings and printing methods. We offer a 90% color accuracy guarantee based on the approved proof.

For precise color matching, please request a hardcopy color proof at an additional cost. Note that lamination and paper stock may affect final color appearance.

MATERIALS NOTICE

Our default printing materials are not food grade. If food-safe materials are required, please inform us in writing before placing your order.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all job details, including:

  • Spelling and grammar

     

  • Layout, design, and size

     

  • Orientation and die lines

     

  • Folding and cut marks

     

Profine Packaging will not be held responsible for issues arising from unreviewed or unapproved elements.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profine Packaging, its affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of third-party content without proper authorization.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled at the following stages:

REFUNDS & REPRINTS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If Profine Packaging is at fault, we will reprint your order.

You must notify us of any defects or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. At least 99% of the defective items must be returned (at your expense) within 10 days to qualify for a reprint.

Rush printing or shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer the following production and shipping options:

  • Standard: 10–14 business days (no guarantee)

     

  • Priority: 8 business days (guaranteed)

     

  • Express: 6 business days (guaranteed)

     

Final proof must be approved by 11:00 AM EST for same-day processing. Profine Packaging is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Technical issues

     

  • Weather or natural disasters

     

  • Carrier delays

     

  • Customs clearance

     

Extra charges may apply for incorrect shipping details or international orders.

PRODUCTION LOCATIONS

We have production facilities around the world, including South Asia, to maintain quality and competitive pricing. Global shipping is included at no extra cost.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Customers must inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage or loss within 3 business days. We are not liable for damage claims made after this period.

A 5% overage or underage is standard in the print industry. To ensure fulfillment, please order 10% more than needed.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This website and all content are provided “as is.” Profine Packaging makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the accuracy of its content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Profine Packaging is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or services.
